- We use OEM NOS parts (decals , seat covers, .) for “Matching” purposes concerning the color, shape, size, screen printing, etc. of a reproduction part. We do not use old, faded parts for matching purposes. We do not use after-market parts for matching purposes.
- Our Plastic Parts have a High Gloss Finish. We do not sell dull looking (matte finish) plastic parts. We do not buy our plastic parts from other vintage parts suppliers for re-sell. All of our Plastic parts are made in the U.S.A or Europe.
- Our seat covers are made exclusively for RTR-MOTO by our craftsman. Our Seat covers are made in the U.S.A.
- Our Decals are identical to the Original OEM decals in shape, size and color. Our Decals are made in The U.S.A or Europe.
** RETURNS POLICY ** ” RETURNS POLICY ”
There is a 10% restocking fee for NON Defective parts that are returned to RTRMOTO due to mistakes that were made by the customer during the ordering process .: Mistakes that were made by the customer because they did not view the images properly or read the item descriptions properly.
- RTRMOTO does not accept RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS
2. RTRMOTO does not accept returns on DEcals .
3. RTRMOTO does not accept returns on plastic parts due to variances in plastic color .; OEM color versus replacement part color.
We accept returns for parts that are defective from the manufacturer. Returns must be received no later than 30 days from the original purchase date.
We do not accept returned parts for ” remorse” reasons.
Returned Parts must be in their original packaging.
Parts that are removed from their original packaging and mounted on a customers bike are non-returnable
“Return ” shipping charges ( for all parts that are being returned to RTRMOTO due to mistakes that were made by the customer during the ordering process ) are The sole responsibility of the customer .
It is the customers responsibility to verify that his /her bike is original and has not been modified .
It is the customers responsibility to order the correct parts for his / her bike.
Customers that order “incorrect parts ” must contact RTR-MOTO within 30 days of the original invoice date.
